Most behavior, no matter how troublesome or destructive, comes from a place of trying to adapt to be the best person you can be. I know that if you are struggling you want better for yourself but may have difficulty making changes. It is my job to help figure out how to lead you to where you want and need to go. I believe that everyone has a unique and important story to tell and I look forward to hearing yours. I have over 10 years of experience treating individuals with mental health concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to personality disorders. I have a special interest in working with people as they face life transition related to changes in health, living environments, and the grief process. I support individuals in reducing and managing symptoms through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques. I will work in partnership with you to create a treatment plan that helps you to reach your personal goals.
