Philosophy

I work with people who may be suffering, but can find some strength within themselves to start to make changes in their lives. Anxiety, depression, trauma, family of origin and relationship issues are particular focuses of my practice.

I support my clients from young adulthood through seniors. I also enjoy working with couples and do my best to help them build communication, intimacy, and a real partnership. I bring a safe environment, empathy, compassion, and humor to each session.

As a team, we can bring about real and lasting change.
