I work from an attachment-based perspective. For me, that means we will work to understand how our past affects the here and now – our current struggles and the relationship with ourselves and others. I am passionate about celebrating each part of ourselves and what makes us human. I find joy in seeing people empowered and honoring who they are as a unique individual.

It’s easy to feel isolated, and finding the right fit for a therapist can be a frustrating journey. My goal as a therapist is to work with my clients as they explore cycles that feel stuck in their lives. Through that exploration, we will seek meaningful change.I approach each of my clients as the expert of their own experience and of themselves. As a therapist, it’s my job to guide my clients to a deeper exploration of their experience, helping to bring healing and growth. I have a diverse background working with people through anxiety, depression, family issues, past or current trauma, and identity exploration. Together, we can foster hope, and a pathway forward.
